Black Diamond Head Torch Run
We have added an extra Run into proceedings…
Saturday October 23rd, 6:30pm – The Black Diamond Head Torch Run.
So why not join the BIGRW qualified and experienced Run Leaders as they head out for a night run around the woods. Taking in a figure of eight loop you can choose between a 5k or 10km run. The run will undertaken at a sociable pace and will be ideal for anyone new to running in the dark, all be it with a head torch.
Easy going trails and not too hilly the run will criss-cross the woods. You’ll run along babbling streams, jump a few logs and generally have a fun time. Capable youngsters are also welcome to join you and join in the fun.

We will meet and start from the Woodland Discovery Centre, leaving for the run at 6:30pm. Trail shoes essential as is dressing for the weather conditions.
