The last running Workshop of the weekend.
This follows on from Saturdays Hill Climbing Technique Session and will cover the finer points of running downhill with control, speed and as safely as possible.
The session will be run by Stu Hale, who coaches many an accomplished mountain and fell runner and will be joined by one of the quicker descender’s he works with – after all a demonstration of what we are working towards is always a good thing.
Kit Requirements – suitable clothing and footwear for the weather and underfoot conditions, or you can ‘Test’ a pair of trails shoes from Inov-8, Scott Running or Saucony.
