Workshop : Uphill Running Technique

Outside on a Wooded Hillside Trail and within Hectors House

Join Accelerate Performance Centre’s Colin Papworth for an informative and active workshop on how to improve your ability to run uphill.

Who should attend? 
Anyone who either does or does not like running hills and wants to explore good hill running technique and put theory into practice with the use of drills. A time to explore using different body positions to see what works for you.
This workshop is ideal for beginners and improvers or those discovering more about running technique, regardless of speed.

Video will be used depending on weather conditions.

Kit Requirements – suitable clothing and footwear for the weather and underfoot conditions, or you can ‘Test’ a pair of trails shoes from Inov-8, Scott Running or Saucony.
