Coached Sessions

For the Big Running Weekend, the Accelerate Community team of coaches will be delivering a series of sessions looking at many different aspects of running technique and movement. These will include Running Technique, Running Strength and Stability, plus junior coaching and a family inclusive session or two.  Then there’s Navigation, Running with Poles and a session designed to show you how you can develop speed. The sessions will be open to all, with many ideal for those new to joining a coached session, plus those for the more experienced, no matter your pace or fitness level.
Oh yes, you can guarantee plenty of fun on these sessions too.

So expect plenty of mobility work, running technique and finishing with a short, paced, session.
